My Background
My name is Ron Plogman. I’m a U.S. Army veteran, former 6th grade teacher, and proud foster parent to 47 incredible children. Life has given me many careers, and each one has strengthened my love for helping others — especially through patience, clarity, and connection.
Today, I’ve combined that spirit of service with my lifelong passion for technology. I’ve been building websites since the early 1990s, back when it was all basic HTML and not-so-user-friendly tools. “Abuelo” means grandfather in Spanish — and yes, I’m a grandfather, both in life and in web development.
Now living in Blanco, Texas, I’ve expanded my focus to tech support for seniors — helping older adults confidently use their phones, computers, and online tools in a safe, stress-free way. Whether it’s setting up a device, learning to FaceTime grandkids, or avoiding online scams, I bring patience, clear instruction, and a little humor to every session.
If you or a loved one needs a trusted guide through today’s tech world — or if you’d like to see my web development work — feel free to reach out anytime.
